What is everyone's opinion on retreaded tires. I have heard they can be horrible and fall apart but other time I hear that they are great cheap tires. What does everyone think and if I were to go with retread tires what should I go with?

I had a set of those on a YJ, they worked great. Mine were the Green Diamond model (which I think is the Ultra Grip model now). They were un-believable on slick roads. I literally drove around everyone and stopped in about half the distance.

It's that time of year, everyone wants them for winter. Just call them and find out when they are doing your size.

You have to specify when you order that you want all 4 sidewalls to be the same, so they match.

bought a set of 33's from them last winter for my full size they were the d-mud ones worked great

Yes, my sidewalls were BFG. I thought they shipped all sets with matching sidewalls. Maybe if you ordered them one at a time you may have to specify what kind of sidewall. Mine took very little weight to balance. The guy at the tire place was impressed they were re-treads.
I have a set of their Mud Terrians (from back when they were still Hy Tec retreading), on a Michilin carcass. So far so good. they seem to hook up well enough for the light duty wheeling our Jeep does. They seem to wear well - though we have logged only about 8,000 miles on them so far - but certainly no sign of excessive wear yet. ONly issue - likely not due to them being a retread. My dear wife drove the Jeep about 2 1/2 miles with one tire flat (dont ask why she continued to drive!) - trashed the sidewall so we had to replace the tire. Then again, I suspect about any tire would of been trashed!

been running a set from treadright for almost a year on my truck, no trouble towing or with low pressure.
