The proper authorities HAVE dealt with the kid and I'm one of those "proper authorities." He's already a ward of the court and has a court appointed "guardian" to represent him in court whenever he gets into trouble. They usually send him away for a bit and then he's back home.

BTW, I don't buy into the politically correct terminology of "mentally challenged." The kid is retarded (not Downs Syndrome either for those who are wondering-not that it makes any difference).

O.K. I talked to the kids dad on the phone and he was pretty cool to start with. Then, a few minutes later he told me that Ray-Ray was really mad at me for telling him he couldn't go to his fort any more and that his testicles were still swollen.:teehee:

The dad said he would try to keep the retard out of my yard, but he wasn't going to keep him home in the yard because it was better for their family if Ray-Ray had his "freedom." This time, I lost my cool a bit. I told him to keep his fucking kid off other people's property and that theyhad better learn how to keep Ray-Ray from attackig people.
