Hombre, I'm sorry to hear you have a neighbor like this, it must suck. I am glad you can defend yourself. But what happens when a kid or someone who does not know how to protect themselves stumbles into this person? It seems like everybody feels bad about this kid and just lets him have his own little fort and do whatever he wants. I think you are doing the right thing by defending yourself and your family.

I already gave him some advice and told him what i think he should do, I agree with you that something needs to be done. A social worker needs to be made aware of these issues (despite how over worked and underfunded the govt programs may be.) This is the next logical choice to keeping the neighborhood safe and this kid on the path to being able to function in society without putting himself or someone else or their property in danger.

 

Why not put a cable up in the back yard with a d-ring on it. Attach a leash to the tard and the other end to the d-ring so the tard can run back and forth in the yard while motorboating a dildo that was found in the trash.
