My build now on 5th day straight and finally buttoning up the last few things. Jeeps suck to build!! Nothing comes out every bolt either breaks or the bushing sleeve is stuck.
Is there someone up there that would let me use their garage for a little on friday so i can retighten everything.

Just did a ZJ last night and thought I was gonna have the same problem. Its got 220k miles and every bolt came out like butter and even the brake likes all came off. The only thing that gave us problems were the ujoints. Using the press to get them out and the caps on both ends exploded.

Anyways, glad your almost done cant wait to get out there. Did you still wanna borrow some tires or are you going to be all set?

How intense is this night run going to be? I'd like to hope Alex won't break the jeep on the first night.

First night will be pretty mellow. More of just a trail ride with lots of snow. No major hills. But there's gonna be a couple challenging spots.
