Reject Run 2014

Come join us for the second annual "Reject Run" the last weekend in January. This year it will held in Mesick, Michigan. This year along with trail rides we will have full access to the "Twisted Trails Off Road Park. Can't wait to see everyone there. :woot:

Agenda:

Friday-Short night run.
Saturday-Twisted Trails ORV park (waiver and flag required)
Saturday Night-Party
Sunday-Trail ride- If there are any survivors.

Lodging:

Mushroom CAP Motel $55 per night with group discount.
Manistee Crossing Family Resort $?

10 or so should be good. Yes you need a flag. They will have them for sale there. And the just need a hole to mount in. I think they are a half inch bolt.

No ORV stickers are required but it's up to you. Yes flags. Available there. And I have one spare if someone can't swing it or forgets one.

I haven't read the whole thread, but will this trip be requiring a license plate? My buggy definitely won't have a plate. I probably won't even be fixed by then, so it probably doesn't matter much.

Such as
Twisted, Rocks & Valleys, Bundy

Do need for public held parks/lands,
Such as
Mounds, Silver Lake.

Whats the smallest trucks we got going?

I'm asking cause my rig is down and I was gonna cancel my trip but... I'm thinking of taking an almost stock rig with 33s. No front tow points, only rear. No winch. Kinda nice paint paint job. So if I take this rig I can't fuck it up.

Probably won't be doing much at Twisted, never been there but heard its rough.

Is there plenty or other trails besides Twisted? Hoping for kinda like Grayling where its hard to mess a stock truck up.

You can make twisted as hard or as easy as you want. There's plenty of trails no one will make it up and plenty that will be fun for everyone

So got everything laid out today. Finished building all the joints and machining stupid bolts and brackets. Paint is dried lockers installed all around. New steering bracket. Everything is getting beaf.

Well it's not looking good for me... "rebuilt" trans only wants 1st and 3rd gears and I am still running on a misfire after making sure it has adequate fuel and spark...so I don't know if I need lifters, cam, lack of compression (?). I am ready to sell this thing for $1

Yeah, very frustrating. Had it all together, trans needed new pump. Pulled it all back out, New pump in, now it is a 2spd.

I have been so anxious to drive it that I am running myself into the ground!!!
