I've seen it twice now over the last couple days around Bay City. Today going over Independence Bridge @ 2:30 and somewhere else Friday. It says "PLAYTIME" across the windshield and looks like it has GLFWDA sitckers on the sides. I didn't get a good look at those though so I am not sure on that part.
I was heading the other direction driving a dark red Tacoma with a pair of Lightforces on the front.
