I would really like to put some bigger rubbers under my rig w/o lifting it higher. Has anyone cut out their rear fenders at all? I assume that once you get past the spot welds you would have to patch in the area between the inner and outer skins but is it possible/has anyone done it?

I'm in the process of making template sketches now........................It will be a little work.
As soon as I get a little farther along, then I will put up pictures.

Awesome. I just don't like the fact that when you move up to 33's you can't really put more than the top 5" of the tire into the wheel well without rubbing on the front and back of the opening. The front is no problem, I have room to run 33's right now with no prob. I'm guessing that you will just cut a radius os big as you want and then patch the space in between the inner and outer sheet metal?
