Spent some spendy money recently, got a package deal on a car trailer and shed, the shed was a
bit too heavy to lift off without the proper equipment. Rented a skytrak, and while I was at it I removed the rotten bed from the F250 I just bought to replace the GMC plow truck

2003 7.3 that wouldn't do anything but idle, wasn't the pedal turned out to be a wire cut under the hood when the PO removed plow controls. His loss, my gain.

Less stress and quiet living is good for the soul. With everything you and your family has been through over the years, you deserve this. I'm happy for you.
I 100% Agree.

In spite of everything 2020, it's been a pretty good year personally. Gonna wait until material prices drop before building a pole barn, it doubled (and more) from estimates I got in the spring.

Glad someone can say that. 2020 has been one of the worst years of my life. It makes me feel good some are having a really good year. :)

Had to do the dipstick leak fix and a trans line. I'm really impressed how easy each repair was. Didn't have to curse an engineer once!

I'm in the middle of an external quality audit at work...

Another of those well meaning things that just end up being a circle jerk

Snagged two winches for $175 today, 13k and 10k. 13k has synthetic rope. The 13k needed the wiring redone, and the 10 has a crushed relay box. Putting the 13k on the car hauler trailer, not sure what I'll do with the 10K, but it's getting new controls and synthetic rope

My $600 Winter beater has now turned into a $3,000 winter beater that isn't close to done, and its almost not motorcycle weather.
