This is a race car / street rod / home built / bad ass Go Cart from Hell. I dont know all of the history with this but from what I understand it was orginally built by someone that worked at Hendrick Motorsports. It was then purchased by a friend of mine that also worked at H M and then I bought it from him. Unfortunately my friend died of cancer a couple of years back so I cant ask him very easily. It hasnt really even been touched since the original guy that started building it owned it. It is 100% TIG welded and I am told that it is chromoly tube but I dont know for sure. It is covered with surface rust and needs to be sand blasted. It has never been completed. It has a Corvair flat 6 motor with a Jaguar(?) trans axle, pinto or (mustang?) rack and pinion steering. Thats what I have been told, but I bet someone on here knows these details for sure. The motor condition is unknown and I was told the trans axle and shifted all worked. It looks like it does to me. I have most of the rest of the parts to make this a complete roller. I have the adjustable coil over shocks, lexan wind shield, carbs, exhaust headers, brake peddles and MC, most of the brake calipers (I lost one or two trailering it home [email protected]#$%&), clutches and some other parts and pieces. The tires have zero miles on them but are probably 15 years old, but dont show any dry rot. I believe the wheels are magnesium. This thing is going to make for an extremely fun toy once it is completed. I planned on finishing it and making it street legal, but mostly use it for open track days or something. Most of the suspension is adjustable and would be a fun car to tune on. Metal floor boards and a fiber glass body. I have already driven this car many miles in my head and dreams and it handles like a Ferarri wishes it could. I dont want to sell it because it was my good friends, but my money tree died and he would understand.

$2500 OBO

I am told that it is a corvair trans axle flipped over to rotate correctly. I have the 4 carb set up for the motor and they came from the factory with a Turbo option (I dont have a turbo).

should strip it down and sand blast it then prime it, would be more appealing, that thing looks wicked cool though
Believe me, thats on my list of things TO DO, but unfortunately it is way down on the list right now. It would not cost very much to have this sand blasted. I will get to it if it doesnt sell before hand.

FYI ... Corsia heads = 140 HP ... used 4 single carbs... Turbo was the Spyder @ 180 HP ... not sure on the head config ???. Std was 110 HP single carb ea side.

I had a Corsia ...

There were after market 4 leg/tube add on intakes that went to the center and a single 4 barrel carb bolted to them.
