okay, got my last shock mounted, and the rear bumper done, also put my plate on it and changed the spark plugs

really all that is left is a radiator (its leaking between the tank and the cores) and finish supporting the front bumper

heres the rear bumper mounted (it looks really wide, but my tires are still wider then the bumper)

amd i had my first mishap...........

i popped the coil out (LF) when i lifted the front tires off the ground, the eyelet i put on to retian the bucket bent outward and released the coil (i replaced it with another eyelet and welded it closed so it cannot pull apart again)

well i made the mayden voyage with the B2 on the pavement today.......

took a 60 mile round trip to my shop and did an alignment on it, heres my specs on the front

Camber
LF 0.4 RF 0.3
Caster
LF 4.6 RF 4.9
and Toe
LF 0.09 Rf 0.19
Total Toe 0.28

its drivable up to 55 mph, after that the vibrations are pretty bad (the rear two 36's are not balanced and my drive shaft angle is pretty bad)

but i do need to stiffen p the gear box, it has alot of play

also got some new logos made for our club

beat it up pretty good at the gig

I was the 1st one to try the tank trap, made several attempts, i think pre4runner was the only truck to try it more then me (and he made it further then i) but on saturday i was pulling a yj out of the tank trap when both my RF ball joints ripped apart taking out my axle shaft. Ended up buying two balljoints and changed them out in the woods, got it put back together and driveable (3wd, god i love being locked frt and rear) caved the fender in a little when the ball joints gave but only cosmetic so i don't care. Truck seemed to do fine, i was happy on how it performed.

so i busted my LF shaft right at the splines were it goes into the carrier,
perfect break, makes no noise when turning and leaks no fluid

i thought the hub broke until i pulled the diff cover and spun the driveshaft and the ujoint didn't spin

so the tally is now 2 busted shafts, bent tie rod, and two RF ball joints from the pig gig

the little stub spline came right out with a magnet. So i got the frt axle back together. Fixed an elec prob i had. I also figured out how to get it onto the trailer that i have here. Unfort it involves stock rims and 235/75 tires to clear the side rails. But i am still in need of two more Stock f150 rims for the rear axle to get it on the trailer

i got it put back together with the new/used parts. I layed a bead of weld down in the neck down area. Just enough to fill it but not touch the seal as it slid through. I'm curious to see if it'll change anything or make the shafts weaker. I am taking it tomorrow for another round of abuse. Have to see how it holds up.

I took the doors off it today and I LOVE how much more vision it gives me while wheeling. I can see everything. And my doors are light enough to where i can unbolt and bolt them up on my own. I then took my old mirrors and attached them to the fender so i can still use them.

well i busted both my shafts again, both at the neck down. I also bent the tie rods pretty bad.

Its parked in Hart right now (thanks fullsize4life) we left it up north cause we needed to bring a buddies back on my trailer

But when i get it home, its parked till i build/buy a roll cage for it. I am done playng without being protected
