got the old 87 style dash and seats out and installed dash and seats from a 91 Explorer

Looking well thought out. I always liked the B2's, I seen one once that a guy put a TBI axle under the front and rear, wheeled like a real spider..

frame is painted, starting to do final mock up of the axle and getting the susp squared away

i alos got the top end of my motor torn down and will be reassm. this weekend and getting that on the frame

Made some measurements and compared them to the old TTB vs the SAS........

from the ground to the bottom of the diff on my D35 TTB with my Iroks it was 8"s

From the ground to the bottom of the diff on my D44 with my iroks it is 12"
 
looking good man... but why do it in the middle of the wheeling season???

nothing is finished, still in the design process
 
I would beef up those spring mounts and tie the radius arm mounts together. Do you have any bolts going thru the bottom of the frame on your radius arm mounts?

the radius arms wilbe be tied together when i build the trans x member, i just need to get the trans and tcase in and see where they sit vs where my driveshaft is.........their will be bolts going through the bottom on the radius arm mounts.....the spring mounts are no where near done yet........and before its asked NO i am not using that steering set-up just put it their to keep the tires from toeing in when i move the it around
