it is set up to mount to inner fenders and all,just one way piviet not side to side,it was mounted in my 1 ton van up $40.takes it.

5th wheel plate in a van?

yeah it had the van front and a firberglass back with a bench seat,and the back was set you for a 5 th wheel.
ford made them also.

there is no brand to it it came from Dodge with it,so what ever conversion that dodge used is the type of 5th wheel it is,everything is there down to where it bolted to the frame!
