I have a 1999 XJ and I'm looking for a fog light switch. I'm not certain but I think the switch from other years might work. I found a new one online for ~$35 shipped, So I would only want to pay around $20 for a used one.

XJ fog light switches blowing are a factory defect. If you just replace it, it will just blow again. Bulb in them burns too hot and deforms the metal contacts.

Thank you for that info. You just saved me some money I was only going for the factory switch so that it matched the other switches.

Do you know of any switches out there that look similar?
