But it took 2 and 1/2 month's to get my part. Good thing it was only a battery and I have extra's.

Email them, I emailed them that I broke the front axle, 6 days later there was a new one at my door.

like others have said send an email, I had a problem with my 1/18 and sent them an email asking what could be done to fix it, they sent me one back saying that a new truck was in the mail, recieved it one week later :thumb:

I actually got through by phone and they were very nice. He told me I would need a new front axle housing and a set of steering nuckles and they would be at my door in about a week. That was about a week ago so I should get them in the mail soon. Although I won't need them since Wal-Mart took my broken one back and gave me a new one, I guess I'll have a few spare parts now.

my front axel is phucked and my steering servo died, they had me send in the whole chassis and are going to send me a new one.
