I had a CNC router business for about 12 years. What speed is your spindle? You really want upwards of 20,000 rpm for good cuts. At that point, you can use standard wood router bits. Are you 3-D or 2-D? I'll post a couple pics of stuff I have done. This sign travels with us on all wheeling trips.
