Can any one tell me why they call the JK, or new Dana axles, the next generation Dana's ?? What changed, and is it for the better or do they just call them that to make you feel like your getting something more ??

The main differences is that they don't use standard (as we know them) Dana 44 bearings and the pinions are larger than the previous D44 pinions.
