Hello,

My name is Eric, I'm from Ohio. I've been into Jeeps for many years.
I worked in auto parts & auto salvage for 5 years.
I know quite a bit about many cars, trucks, etc.
I was a machinist for 10 years.
I build motors, transmissions, axles, do bodywork, anything auto related...

I have 4 Jeeps...

89 Sahara Project.
I got this Jeep for cheap.
I'm in the process of building a frame for it, and converting it to a 4.0L.
This will be my mud machine :)

94 YJ. This is my woman's DD. It's pushing 200k, it runs great, and still doesn't burn a drop of oil :)

98 TJ...
I bought this Jeep with a bad 2.5 motor for $1500 with only 55K on the clock.
I recently finished rebuilding a 2.5 for it with .020 over Kieth Black pistons, Mellings performance cam, and a few other goodies.
So far I've put 250 miles on the new motor, and it runs great!!
Bigger pistons make a big difference powerwise...

99 XJ... My DD. Got it for $5000 w/53k on the clock. This is my favorite Jeep...

Other hobbies include collecting and restoring vintage analog synthesizers.
I also own/operate a webforum called Synthwerx.com
I'm happy to be here, and I hope to meet new people, make a few friends, and share some knowledge...
