ok, I have an opportunity to pick up a 7004r/np231c combo from a 91 s10 for next to nothing. I either was planning on doing the 231c/231j combo to keep the mech speedo or just getting leaving the 231c on there as a whole and getting a speedo from a 92^ yj.

Does anyone know the length difference between the 700r4/231c and the tf999/231j? I currently have a 4.0HO/tf999/231j w/ SYE, custom tom woods shaft mated to an 8.8 .

I already contacted AA and asked what they recommended. I am looking for any advice from those who have done this swap.
