Well, it looks like I never started one of these. So here it is, my 1998 TJ. Bought used in July 2000, wheeled, beated, abused, fold spindled and mutilated for a bunch of years, and parked, neglected, and ignored, left to rot for a bunch of more years.

Floors and torque tubes need some work.

Wow, that's some impressive rust. Is the frame cracked?
I haven't found any bad spots on the frame. Both rear upper control arm mounts have been repaired. I plan on going around hte frame with a hammer to check if it's solid.

progress made. Passenger seat removed. 3 bolts came out as they are supposed to. The 4th just tore out a chunk of floor.
