Alright fine, I'll make a new build thread :finger: :sonicjay:

Bought a MandM offroad chassis from PJ, super good dude to deal with and super nice. HIGHLY recommend. http://mandmfab.com/id68.html
This is chassis #20

Order placed on Monday 11-5 at about noon..

Got this on 11-6.

It's out. The tcase adapter that is. Had to Remove seats, floor, and under belly cage and skid.

I need to get gaskets before I can reinstall. Gonna take 205 into work and regasket and seal it back up. Thankfully fluid that came out was clean and metal free.

Not sure how I'll get the 205 back in though. A lot of maneuvering to get it out. I'll probably kill myself in the process.

Putting a cast iron adapter back in place of the broken aluminum one.

I run a poly mount on the adapter for the standard mounting location. I also run a rear tmr 205 support. Hoping I don't have another issue. Next to cracking would be trans housing.

:sonicjay: when I'm done fixing it :thumb:.

I think I hit my rear drives haft in the long crawl. Which violently pushed up on the drivetrain. When I came to a stop I noticed I had knocked the rear 205 seal out. And then when I was doing burnouts after the last course I noticed I was leaking trans fluid. I thought I was overheating the trans causing the leak at that time. But when I pulled up onto bounty Hill I noticed it leaking again. And looked through the shifters and seen the crack. It was only cracked around the top two mounting bolts. Why it wasn't leaking when level.

Back together minus topping off trans fluid. Replaced my front shaft bearing while it was out. As well as all the u joint strap kits.

Leaving the skid off, gonna build a new one in the spring. Found a off site storage for the buggy this winter. That's really gonna help with the Galaxie project having that space freed up. Looking forward to starting on that soon.

Buggy wouldn't start. So spent the day messing with it.

Replaced distributor, relays, coil. Still no start. Well, I need to transfer the gear on the distributor from old to knew. Well my dumbass put the gear on upside down. Got that fixed. Buggy now runs. But intermittent won't start, and when acts up has no spark. Then a moment later starts and runs.

Then driving through yard, @feva4u noticed one wheel peel. Apparently I broke the rr 14b shaft at mustache run.
