I have been home sick since Monday at lunchtime. I wasn't really looking forward to work today since I still have the flu... but orders have to go out.

When I got here a package was waiting for me.

Needless to say, a really crappy day had the potential to become a really awesome day.

This is the e-mail I just send the company I bought it from...
Dear Hobby******,

I purchased an RC Mini Lifter Forklift SKU AZ-12681 sometime last month. I was very excited to receive it today.

Right out of the box the remote was broken internally. No big deal, some superglue and I can fix that.

So I throw in some batteries from my desk drawer, don my hardhat, and get to some serious lifting. Alas the RC Mini Lifter Forklift cannot even lift it's own empty forks.

New batteries I say! I walked down to the hardware store on my lunch break, trudging through the cold and snow of a Michigan winter and pickup some new cells. Walking back I can't wait to lift empty Redbull cans and Post-Its from one side of my desk to the other.

With new batteries it will now lift it's forks, and it's plastic pallet (how cute) but barely anything else. I am once again sad.

Next the quality rope lift mechanism got bound up, and then snapped.

So I smashed it on the floor.

I have bough some crappy, crap for $14 in my lifetime; yet have at least gotten 30 min of fun from them. I suggest you take this item off your site and never sell it to anyone again.

Please note: I do not blame your company for this issue, I blame China. You did your part by taking my money and completing my order. China once again set the bar to a new low. Now all $14 gets you is the anticipation of getting someone worthless in the mail.

Thanks again.
Daryl Hutson
