I have a wiring harness very good shape(unmodified). ECM from an 04 Silverado SS (so it says) Truck intake with drive by cable throttle body, has injectors on it.

The harness looks like a drive by cable harness, however it does not mate up exactly to the plugs on the throttle body. Its in good shape, id consider it a good place to start for a custom harness, make me an offer..
That's a 99-02 pickup/utility, or an 03 Van intake. I can run the service number and see what comes up, but if it's been tuned the service number may be irrelevant if the throttle body connector is a single 6 or 8 pin plug, it's a DBW harness which could any jumber of possible harnesses. Good core for modding as you noted. If you had the pedal TAC module amd pedal harness that would be pretty good. .. HTH.
