Would like to sell or trade

it is a 1995 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0 high output motor, automatic transmission, 5.5" lift, 33x12.5x15 tires (back 2 are brand new), 15x10 american racing aluminum rims, cold air intake, throttle body spacer, flowmaster exhaust (sounds great), newer exhaust manifold, newer gastank, newer brakes, newer wheel bearing/hub assembley, I am sure there is more that i am forgetting. I was told the motor was rebuilt when I got it, and he said it had a little over 100k on the rebuild. Runs great drives great looks good, newer front end parts (grill, and header panel, and lights) it also has a KC light bar, with 4 off road lights on it, windows all tinted, has removable doors like a wrangler.

The bad:
rockers are rusted
front passenger side fender is messed up (from previous owner)
transfer case makes noise when 4wd is engaged (chain is probably stretched, i have 2 chains that go with it)

This thing does amazing in the dunes in 2wd! I went everywhere up there in 2wd including test hill, has not been stuck in the mud or sand.

I am starting at $3200 Or Best Offer, Or I am interested in trades (fullsize chevy extended cab, jeep wrangler, chevy blazer fullsize, ford bronco, maybe others, also maybe a partial trade with cash)
