anyone else know about these kits? i found this video someone made a running engine out of legos. the next one some guys built a model mustang that has a trans and working rear axle. where was this when i was a kid?
I had that kit, I switched it to run water in the cylinders. I think I ended up attaching it to my light switch with 20ft of fish-tank airhose so I could turn on/off the lights from bed. Didn't have wireless remotes back in those days...I had a pneumatic lego excavator when I was a kid. Though, I always over pressurized the system and blew the lines off the rams all the time.
Its still sitting around in my basement somewhere.
You lazy bastard. :sonicjay:I had that kit, I switched it to run water in the cylinders. I think I ended up attaching it to my light switch with 20ft of fish-tank airhose so I could turn on/off the lights from bed. Didn't have wireless remotes back in those days...
Did your room look like Pee Wee Herman's kitchen at breakfast?I had that kit, I switched it to run water in the cylinders. I think I ended up attaching it to my light switch with 20ft of fish-tank airhose so I could turn on/off the lights from bed. Didn't have wireless remotes back in those days...

LOL I did the same thing with my erector set. screwed it to the wall and ran the wires to the controller on the night stand. mom wasn't happy.:sonicjay:I had that kit, I switched it to run water in the cylinders. that is pure genius engineering right there..wonder how long that took to design and build.Speaking of Legos, check this fucker out.
