About 6 months ago, I popped my right knee while I was checking wiring in a panel. I stood up, flash of blinding pain, could not put weight on it. Finished up the job and stopped and got a knee brace on the way back to hotel. Took about 2 weeks to be able to put weight on it.

So now, I would say it's about 90% ok. I can stand on it, walk, climb stairs, everything with no pain except if I kneel on it. Hurts like hell when I go to stand back up. Strikes me odd, since I can do a deep knee bend fine.

As soon as I can get to the doctor, I'm going to get it checked out, but has anybody else injured a knee and had this kind of problem? I just don't get how it can feel fine until I kneel on it.

All kinds of reasons.
When I tore my acl in half it was sore the whole day. Following day everything felt fine zero issues till 2 months later I was playing with my kids and dog running around in my backyard my knee gave up. So much pain, but an hour later everything was fine again.

So that was when finally went to see a knee specialist.
