Rear axle ready for gear install. Preparing to paint today. Need to final weld the link bars and paint those.

All the panels that came with the kit are installed. The 31x19 Griffin rad with Derale dual fans is mounted. I used the Goat built gas tank and tray that allows a factory truck fuel pump to be used. I built the stands that connect it to the chassis.

Yes, that is correct. It needs to be that way if you are using a bigger/wider type of hook. The narrow key hole at the top is to allow a hook like shown to fit.

Made it a roller (again) with help of @whiterhino. Next up is put drivetrain back in and finish up front half.

Almost there! lol Looks really good. Parts of me wish I could start all over again. I've learned so much from when I first built mine. At times I've thought about a new home brew frame or a similar WOD frame

Funny enough, if I could restart I'd do some things over on this. It's always a learning experience. Nothing bad enough to start over, but little things you learn along the way.

I did a little welding while on the hoist, then did some shop cleaning to make some space by the workbench.

I need to weld up the front uppers and then I want to stab the drivetrain back in.

Trying to clean up the engine a bit before it goes in.

Question- anybody ever had luck spray bombing an engine?

I have done one fresh from the machine shop, but never a dirty old bish.

Yep! Dollar store oven cleaner does wonders. Make sure to neutralize it before paint though.
