then how about tracert lol....

tracert will give you the ip's of the routers that a packet will take to reach the destination you specify - however, routers have more than one ip and you are likely only to see the ip for the side of the router(s) you are on. whatis and maon will give you the ip of the other side.

example - i'm behind two internal routers at work. the first one has two ips 192.168.42.254 and 10.0.0.5. the second has 10.0.0.1 and our public ip 74.204.x.x when I perform a tracert I only see reply's from 192.168.42.254 and 10.0.0.1 and then the next hop is our providers first router...

Some of you are over exerting your efforts here....
This was meant as a "funny" way to get your IP.
And yea, sorry about the no warning for NSFW.
