FJ80s had optional front and rear E-lockers, not just rear. There were also coil springs front and rear on those.
1997 was the last year of solid axles for Land Cuisers in the US. Ironicly, every other country they were sold in carried over the 93-97 drive train (solid axles, 4.5L I6) to the new body style. US is the only country that got IFS and the 4.7L V8.

Although the 80 series Land Cruisers were availible from 91-97, only 93+ had the option of factory e-lockers. About ~7% of LCs shipped with the lockers.
