hey, the truck that i am looking to buy is a 1988 ford f250. the front axle is missing the hub assembly. it has a high pinion on it. I think its a d44, but im not 100%. PLZ help!!!:beerbang:

Is it a solid axle? It is probably a TTB setup right?

It's hard to tell on those small pics and for some reason, I can't get them any bigger, but it is probably a dana 44.

When did they start putting the TTB front in the F250 4x4? Just curious.

i dont think so. just f150 and rangers/broncos. where would i get the parts for that thing? local parts store???

It is most likely a 78-79 front, someone swapped it in.
