So me and a guy at work were talking about burgers..

Everyone has probably had a bacon cheeseburger.. bacon is good, cheeseburger is good. Mix them together and its better.

Alot of people have probably had a hamburger with some slices of ham on it.. two good things mixed together to make it better.

Now.. pictures this. A reuben. Pretty fricken good sandwich. A cheeseburger. Another pretty good sandwich. Mix them together a hamburg with swiss cheese, corned beef and some saurkraut.

Does this sound like a good idea to anyone else? Or has anyone tried it? Of course.. on rye bread instead of a bun.

hmm wouldn't need mustard with a good kraut. Corned beef should be a good balance for the salty taste bacon brings.

Id try it.

I bet my hot pepper kraut would kick it off.

ever had a turkey reuben? its cold sliced deli corned-turkey (turkey with corn-beef seasonings) and topped with cole slaw. Excellent sandwitch at Joes Garage in Clio.
