I'd like to have it catered, and I want to keep the price down.

We can either go expensive super tasty food, and pay close to 20 bucks a person, or we can go cheaper with subs, salads, and the like for closer to 15 dollars.


I want to keep the price to cost, as I don't see any reason to make money off this. So I have to figure out my food bill, as this is the only variable in setting up the final cost.

I know hall rental, and the DJ fees. And I'm going to speculate around 200 people..

It's a suprise party for some people too, so when you get there 12/14 @7pm and there aren't any cars there just play it cools and wait. Act like everything's cool. :thumb:
