http://thehardtimes.net/2016/01/27/insane-clown-posse-sends-10000-bottles-of-faygo-to-flint-mi/

DETROIT – Joining other high-profile donors like Jimmy Fallon, Pearl Jam, and Cher, Detroit-based hip-hop duo Insane Clown Posse announced today they will donate 10,000 bottles of Faygo — a popular regional soft drink particularly beloved by Juggalos — to the residents of Flint, Michigan.

The generous donation follows a week of national attention on city and state leaders due to the unhealthy conditions and crumbling infrastructure of the city’s public water supply. Flint, once a hub for commercial automobile production, has seen steady decay in part from the collapse of the American auto industry, continued mismanagement of city services by government, and what analysts have labeled “a massive deficit of mad, mother-fucking wicked clown love.”

Most people will need water. Pop won't work. Hard to cook good with Faygo.
It's Flint. They'll just pour the pop out and return the bottle for the deposit. One of the guys I work with said he's heard they're having a problem with people trying to return cases of water to the stores for refunds.

According to Google, flint's population is 99,763.

That's about one bottle of Faygo for each 10 residents.

Nice meaningless gesture, clowns.

Wasn't that what they were doing with the food stamps or bridge cards? Buying a shitload of pop and returning the bottles to get cash?

yup. they also would try to sell it, or anything else they could buy with their WIC card.

Spending enough time in flint for college, you could nearly buy most of the necessities in the parking lot for less than half price of new. A big one was laundry detergent.

I watched some Toids get in trouble at wally world because they tried to return the pop cans without emptying them first.

They should announce a drop off time, and record the Riot that ensues after they find out they can get $.75 of soda free.

Bio dome over flint and Detroit, let Syrian refuges into bio dome. Set up stadium seating around outside of bio dome. Watch multiple problems work themselves out.

Flint will never be Bartertown. They don't grasp the premise of trading goods for other goods in their theft driven system of trade.
