That is Animal Cruelty and they should be hung for doing that. I hope they get the full punishment and the loose their job. The Dog was harmless. There was no raid on a House even, just in the middle of the road.

they dont need an excuse. that blue uniform and shiny bage means i can do what ever i want and pretty much get a way with it. the officer couldnt have been to concerned since he actually moved his car and adjusts the camera for a better view

Please excuse my language but that was fucking horrible. That cop was without any doubt abusing his powers and should be suspended without pay or indefinitely. That dog was in no way, shape, or form a threat to them and the use of deadly force was completely uncalled for.

PS: LIGHTS-OUT, please grow the fuck up and think before you post.

I remember when my dog got shot. I was 14. Was about to go inside for dinner, heard a pop, turned around and someone shot my dog. She was laying there, tongue hanging out, blood leaking out of her. Neighbor did it. My dad wouldn't tell me which neighbor because I was ready to march over there with pickaxe and Red Ryder in hands about to slice that fucker up like Edgar Frog would from Lost Boys.
Karma eventually got to him though, his house burnt down.

Had the officer not shot the dog, it probably would have been taken to a dog pound, sat in a cold cell in an unfamiliar place for several weeks, stressed out by other dogs and strange people before being put down. At least the cop shooting it was quick.

Was the dog showing signs of maybe being rabid? Why were the officers called to the scene to begin with?
