I'm cleaning up the routing of my 700r4's cooling lines but the local hardware didnt have any 5/16 line in SS or Alum. Are there any problems with using copper? I dont think the pressure gets that high in the cooling lines does it?

Coper is fine, but secure it well.

X2, the biggest problem with copper is that it will "work harden". Meaning if it is bent back and forth, it will become brittle and crack. So just make sure it is well secured and cannot move.
