Looking for a CHEAP Comanche

Bed can be completely rusted out, but I want the cab to be fairly decent.

Prefer 4wd, shortbed, bucket seats and manual

But let me know what you have :thumb:

What parts are you keeping from it? I'd like to get one thats driveable, its gonna be my next project, but I don't have a way to tow it home.

Any pics of the interior and outside of cab?

I still have mine, 90 shortbed, 4wd peugeot 5 speed. 231
soa rear w/ extended shackles, 5.5" tj coils front(needs isolators re-installed) with trailmaster brackets
Rusty's heavy duty trackbar and bracket
Rusty's brakelines
Rusty's shocks.
Bushwacker cut out flares.
dynomax ultra flow muffler.

dana 44, 30 disco 4.56 gears.

The bad: drive line howl that I have not had time to figure out.
bed repairable(wheel well rust), needs quite a bit of drivers floor and rocker work due to rust. I made a temporary repair to DD it before I bought my tj.
Engine has blowby.
Somewhere around 190,000 miles

Many spare parts, including a couple dismantled ax-15's,unknown condition block, tailgate, misc reservoirs, etc.

It's on rollers, I had been running 35's. I'd recommend trailering it to wherever the driveline noise will be diagnosed at.

the coils, brakelines, trackbar, and shocks were run for about a month before I got in some water at silver lake. Some body work started.

$1000 firm.

I know I can part it out for more.

If that's the truck I think it is, it's parked on union lake rd in White lake, and is pretty in rough shape body wise.

Yeah it is, I went and looked at it a few days ago, needs a LOT more work than I was looking to put into it. Just looking for something with a strong drivetrain to throw axles under and build up.
