I am selling a Cobra 19DX III CB Radio. This radio is in my Jeep right now. A buddy of mine thats into CB tuned it for me and told me that its pushing more watts then it should be and that some come weak and some come strong from the factory (this one is really strong). I am sellin it cause I am upgrading to one with HAM radio built in. I am asking 25 bucks, firm, for it. Mic included. I would prefer local pickup, located in Flint, I work in Burton/Grand Blanc.

just to make you aware, its illegal to have a radio with a CB and a ham in the same unit.

I believe it is only illegal if it started out as a cb then had the ham channels added. If it is a ham radio with cb channels it's fine.

wrong. Pretty sure its illegal to run any ham freqs on a rig that can also run CB freqs.

thats not a ham at all, its just a CB w/ sideband. no need for a ham ticket to use that.
BTW, It IS a very kickass radio. I have a Galaxy 959DX and it rocks my socks off.
