Just thought I would share some interesting information with some of you from a meeting I had with someone recently and I situation that I was completely unaware of untill I started doing some searching on the internet and on GL4x4. Im sure most all of you are aware of who Christopher David Kader (or as he called himself when I knew him, Chris Blaylock) is and what he has done in the past. Needless to say, I found that he was a complete liar and probably most everything he told me was a fabricated lie of some sort.
To shed some light on this whole thing, I was at a mud bog in Mesick earlier this year preping the truck for our 1st run when a guy walked up to me and started asking some questions about the truck. Told me his name was Chris, lived in Rochester, MI. Said he was an editor for Peterson's 4WD Magazine, which I found strange at the time, but I went with it anyways at the time. Seemed like a pretty knowledgeable guy so we kept talking for awhile and spent most of the day with him at the race, was a pretty cool guy so he exchanged numbers with my dad and he said he would work on getting us a possible spot in the magazine and whatnot and come visit my dad at his shop.
He did come up and visit my dad at his place, but no stickers or anything like he promised, but I figures oh well no biggie, probably just forgot them. Also told us that he was a current cancer patient and had less than a year left to live, divorced from his wife, had 2 kids, and the sob story. I did spend alot of time at races with Chris over the past 2 months and he was a really helpful guy, met us up at every race and was always willing to help with whatever he could, went 4 wheelin in his silverado with us. He was always there without a question.
About a month after meeting Chris, thing just didnt seem to completely add up with his family life and a few other things he told us. So I decide to do a little searching for myself on Google and so of what I found was downright unbelieveable! Come to find out that the guy has 3 or 4 different alias that he goes under and screwed alot of people for stuff on this website! Needless to say, me and my family were more that pissed when we found out what we did!
My dad called Chris this last week and confronted him about the whole situation and all he could say was " Im trying to chnge my life around and make things better, im not the person I use to be"..... As far as im concerned, once a liar, always a liar. Your word is the only thing you have in life and without it, you arent sh*t in this world!
The thing that I really dont understand about him is that he never once asked for anything from me, which seems opposite of everything he seemed to do in his past, but then again he could of just been setting me up the whole time to work his way into things. I'd like to believe the guy was trying to turn his life around after everyhing hes done, but, but after everything I've seen, he can go turn his life around somewhere else!
I know its my first post on here, but I thought I had to share this info on some of you. Btw, he's driving a nice new 2010 Charcol Gray Chevy Silverado 2500HD with his "Fake" Army Ranger sticker in the back window these days, just though I'd let you guys know. If I have a picture of the truck or him, I'll post it up for you guys to see. Karma's a bit*h Chris!
