Went back home to Battle Creek this weekend for fake Christmas, as Grandma is leaving for Florida next week. Between Grandma's cooking and being drunk all weekend with my uncles, I am back up to 360 this morning. I got some catching up to do this week.

I left high school at around 320, got a job mowing lawns and dropped to 220 at my best, I would love to get down below 300 ideally looking to get to around 250. Time will tell, I am sticking with it, and seeing major improvements to my health as I go.

I have not forgot about updating you guys on my progress, It has been slowing down a little, I am still moving in the right direction, just a little slower these days.

I have been using this thread as a log of my progress, I can see I hit my last 5 Lb interval on October 30th, and now 9 days later I am down 5 more @ 340 as of this morning 85# down 90 more to go.

Great work Bob!
So what are you actually doing / eating?

I started with meat, cheese, eggs and anything I could find in our garden that has evolved a little. I don't snack I only drink water or milk, I eat one meal a day until I am stuffed. No carbs !!! No sugars !!! I eat Meat Cheese and Eggs and once a week a serving of mash potatoes covered in butter, as I need the potassium to not get charlie horses.

I have retrained my body away from sugars and carbs, if I eat them it, puts me to sleep, gives me the shits, and I am hungry again in a few hours. no thanks I would rather eat a huge hunk of venison roast.
