I'm trying to create a wanted post... I dont have the ability to create a new post in that forum.

There is a minimum post count to post or reply in classifieds but I did a backend update that should have made this seamless for active members. Glad to see it resolve itself. If anyone else has issues, please post up and I'll look into it further.
