workin hard to play hard
hey im triing to fiqure out how big a lift i can put on my 85 1/2 ton chevy truck, but cant fiqure out the bumper limit laws for michigan. can any one tell me how high i can go.
This is false, we do not even have mud flap law for passenger vehicles let alone a tire inside the fender law. I dont have time to look it up right now but feel free to do so here www.michigan.gov/sos
Most cops say that, but its false. There is no law covering tires sticking out in Michigan for non-commercial vehicles. Its been covered in other discussions, I believe I pointed this out to our drama driving resident officer... :tonka:He didnt give me a ticket or anything for it. He just said it was a warning and that i had to get fender flairs.
BTW, 22 inches is only for cars. Didin't you see the table above? Thats the law, taken directly from the michigan compiled laws website...
