the rubbers just push into the cup in the front. the rears are bolted if I remember right. the cup on the front is welded to the frame.

Not usually. I put a little grease on the top and use a pry bar and a block of wood to get them back in. The rears are easier as they are a type of foam and not rubber and usually slide back in easy. Be prepared for the front bolts to be troublesome. I've had those threads strip and had to dig the trash out of the tower to use a nut in there. The rears are not much of a issue. If memory serves, they are metric thread.
