Bought through reliable metal buildings. Seems nice, I'd think if you had the time/man power someone with some mechanical knowledge could put it up with paying a contractor.

I guess i glossed over the fact that it is a steel building... mine is steel also. I bought from heritage buildings. Built myself as well. It took a lot longer than it should have, but i knew it would be a pain in my ass since the day they delivered it, it was -5° out, and the whole next week was sub zero as well lol

Yours is looking good. You won't know what to do with all the extra space at first, then before you know it, you'll wish you had gone bigger!

Haha, between the hoist/work area. And all the junk I own it's gonna be full quick. I wanted to go bigger, but money/ordinances it was the biggest I could go.

Lift got delivered to work today. 9K 2 post. Latest hang up is waiting for them to approve electric permit, nor sure why it's taking so long.

Electrical is the one area I've had any trouble.

First guy just came out and red tagged everything without telling anyone and retired the next day lol.

Second guy came out and started going on about lights over the man doors and covers on outlets and I had to be like... You're here to inspect the box and meter installation... That's it.

Yes, 2" spray foam once the electrical is done and installed. Heat will be forced air, something like this. I might buy a waste oil burner, gonna start collecting oil at work, and see if I can collect enough to be worth the price.
