It could be worse.

We changed 3 hydraulic pumps on my dad's 3010 because he didn't want to go into the transmission to change the lift pump. We had to remove the front axle every time.

Just take your time, fix what's wrong, and learn.

When you consider what it takes to break a Jeep compared to an ordinary car, they don't suck as much.


Except that you are that much further away from where the tow truck can reach when it breaks.

not fixing nothing building is what I'm doing, and building it right the first time, which is why jeeps sucks, cause to do it right the first time is to sell your arm and leg first. :teehee:

Are you removing the carrier or taking the differential apart on the 14 bolt?
trying to get the carrier out of the housing, pulled the pinion thinking it help but nope, need a bmftourch i think. :sonicjay:

Winch it out with another jeep, or tie your winch to a tree and tie the diff to other tree.

I love the guy that says jeeps suck, get a ford, when the issue is a GM axle..
