Might as well start with the price. $6k as it sits. That should discourage the tire kickers. For the rest, read the list and do the math. Those who know what they are reading will understand.

This truck is titled as a 1975. I will attempt to list the OE stuff as well as the replaced/upgraded/modified stuff. From the pic, you can guess which list is shortest.

OE : 345 , 4bbl , 727 auto , NP205 remote mount , cab , doghouse , that about covers that. Oh yea... the frame.

That said, everything listed as OE has had some sort of modification to it.... :) The 345 has had the heads and intake gasket matched and the "humps" ground from the exhaust ports. It has Stan's headers and a DUI distributor and wires. The carb is an Edelbrock 600 electric choke. Strong and tight motor. Have a video of it running in chassis with oil press gauge reading. Video shows it going into gear, both reverse and drive. The trans has a Mag-Hyteck pan. The only quirck is it does a weird 2-3 shift. It has a false neutral thing it does. Absolutlely no slippage. Has done that ever since I have owned it. I even plowed snow for 3 years before mods started, and it never failed. The 205 is actually stock except for installing 1350 CV flanges. The front and rear drive shafts are 1350 CV shafts. Runs 4x4 very smooth.

Front differential is a Dodge D60 with GM 3/4 ton disc brakes ( 15" rims ). Gears are 4.10 turning on a power lock diff. Steering is spring over/cross over. EVERYTHING on this front end was rebuilt or replaced if it was not useable as is. You can turn the 39.5 swampers with one finger. It will drive down the road one handed.... with different tires. ( explain later )

The rear diff is a Ford D70 with the same GM 3/4 ton disc brakes. Same gears and diff as front. If you need to be told, it does have 1.5" 35 spline shafts. Again, EVERYTHING on/in this rear was gone through.

Besides covering the main drivetrain pieces, the mods/changes start with the frame I guess. I obviously shortened the rear. The steering box mount is custom for a GM 2wd box. The rear bumper is welded to the frame and has a 2" reciever and 2 light plugs. The bed is all steel and has LED lights. The toolbaxes are all steel. The bed and boxes need sandblasted and painted. The hinges on the toolboxes may need replaced. Custom 40 gal fuel tank mounted between the frame rails and fills from the left side. Custom aluminum fan shroud. Dual batteries with isolator. Buckets inside with a Tuffy oversize center console. Has a radio, but no speakers. Front park/turn and side marker lights are LED.

What I have that will go with this truck: I have a cab with doors, front outer fenders, a hood, a lower filler panel, and a few other misc. parts. The sheetmetal is all from Arizona. It is as clean as you will find except for new reproduction, which you won't find for the truck body. Scout stuff is a dime a dozen.

The tires are 39.5 TSL on 15" MRT 18 bolt beadlock wheels. These tires and wheels I got used and are trail use ONLY. You cannot run these tires down the road. It will shake you out of the seat. Ton's of tread with some weather checking and hold air descent... :) They will go flat eventually, one quicker than the other three. The wheels are rusty and could use sandblasting and paint. Most of the time they were covered in mud so who gives a crap. I would recommend hauling on a trailer or it will take you FOREVER to get where you are going. If you have to drive it, I have a VERY NICE set of 16" 285 AT's that roll very smooth I can sell with the truck, but not included. I can deliver anywhere continental US, but will charge a delivery fee. Depends on location.

Leaf springs are GM all the way around with new bushings. 6" fronts and 8" rears. Rear has a 2.5" block added to level it out. The front hanger is custom as well as the front spring shackle mounts.

If you see parts your interested in, let me know. I won't leave this truck as a non running hunk of metal, but if I can swap a great part for a useable part, who knows.

Will look at specific trades.... 99-2001 GM 1500 4x4 standard cab short bed. Like my truck, it can be ugly, but it needs to be mechanically sound. Would also consider a 4x4 ATV. Trades will be based "eyes on" not "sight unseen".

OK guys.... Anybody see anything they are interested in? Do not want to leave it as a non-running/driving piece, but trades and cash will be considered.
