It is looking like it will come down to these two. After tomorrow we will see if the dems attempt to take it away from Bernie again.

Neither of these two can compete against Trump though. They have nothing to offer. The economy is doing great, there are plenty of jobs.

I don't see either of them actually being able to beat Trump. There were a couple dems that were running that could have, Warren was most definitely not one of them.

The dems would be smarter to go with Biden than Sanders. Unless they really want Trump to win again, then they definitely should choose Sanders. That whole socialism nonsense would probably guarentee a Trump victory

I find it kinda funny that for awhile we heard about the party of old white men and we now see the ones they are putting up for their leader. Old White men.:teehee:

You are right about the Biden over Bernie. A socialist competing against a capitalist. I don't believe America is ready to embrace socialism. Even though Bernie has quite the following. It would be a disaster. The media are playing a large role in allowing this whole socialism to continue.

Then we have Biden.... he has been in the DC Swamp for what 40 years? He is part of the problem. I cant see him winning against Trump.

We seem to be thinking on the same page, ummm. Hell has frozen over.

Biden, Bernie and Bloomberg are all 77-78 years old. Trump is 73. Trump wins the war of old white men.

If I was not allowed to vote for Trump, of the remaining group I would probably vote for Biden. He's a knucklehead but he is as close to a centrist dem that there is.

Democrats should sit out 2020, and donate all that money they would have spent to feed the homeless.

For a party that tries to say they are for the minority, and for the little people; they put up two old rich white men as the front runners for their party. Not even an old rich woman.

Who even believes this shit anymore? Honestly, who even believes that parties even matter.

Good old third party.

Call it a "wasted" vote, but at least I can honestly say I did not vote for either of the dumbshits while still exercising my power as a citizen.

I do not consider a vote for Trump to be wasted. I'm quite happy with him as MY president.

I was making fun of people that keep crying that voting 3rd party is a "wasted" vote.

I do not agree with either of the repubs or dems, so I choose to not vote republican or democrat

I agree that neither have much to offer and probably won't beat Trump. The only thing Biden has to offer is that he's a centralist that isn't Donald Trump. But his baggage, creepiness, and doppiness will do him in. Bernie is just too extreme left to win.

I think 2 things can beat Trump. One is the economy. After last week I thought he might be in trouble but with today's recovery he might be OK. The other is the coronavirus. If it turns out to be much ado about nothing like other pandemic scares, he'll be OK. But if it does get bad he'll be blamed for not taking it seriously.

But he did take it serious. In December the World Health Organization was notified about a virus in China. Then in early January we found out it was covd19. Trump banned flights out of China and then we saw how the dems called trump a racist because of the imposed travel restrictions.
By the end of January it was known to be a problem and Trump asked congress for money to help fight covd19.
The media then jumped on and are trying to start a panic which Trump asked them not to.
The ordinary flu kills approx. 61,000 last year in America. This one has killed 2 and people are freaking out.
Remember when the h1b1 virus came out during the Obama days? Well over 1000 people died before he called it out as a real problem. No that's not taking it serious. Trump put the breaks on this before it even reached our borders.

Problem is that media was kinder to Obama, so he wasn't called out.

Watching this corona virus is interesting. Will be something to watch unfold. It seems like as it goes on the deaths/1000 is dropping. Not saying it doesn't need to be taken seriously, but I wonder if with basic controls that it can be minimized.

But fairly or not, he will get blamed.

Now that the Democratic party has run all the other moderate candidates out of the primaries and left just Biden, I'll probably go for Bernie next week in protest.

You mean comrad Bernei?
I remember the old saying, "better dead than red". There used to be a real threat of communism taking roots in America and people took it seriously. It looks like it has actually sprouted up and is thriving in America.
Sad that so many think free stuff is the way to go.
What I don't understand is how can Bernie be running on a democratic ticket? He is a socialist and admitted it as so.
