Cedar planked is the way to go!

Get a cedar plank and soak it in water for a few hours so it is completely saturated.
Season fish with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cook in oven or on grill to mid-rare.

For a relish-
Season Portabella mushroom caps with salt and pepper and grill
Julienne mushrooms and Roma tomatoes
chop fresh parsley
marinate all in balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil and refrigerate

Top cooked salmon with chilled relish and a little Goat Cheese

Good with asparagus, grilled zucchini and red skin potatoes

really simple and good,

Take a ziplock put a cup of italian dressing and a third cup of soy sause then a table spoon of worsteshire and a spoon of minced garlic and through the salmon fillet in over night then grill. That dog'll hunt!
