So, shame on me for not rotating tires, but I have a couple that are cupped real bad, I put them on the rear of the ZJ, but DAMN is it loud inside now! I mean, I can't hear myself think! Is there a way to get them to smooth out and quiet down?

Try to find someone on the Oval Track Racing Circuit, and see if they can hook you up with the Track Tire Shaver. You will lose some tread but might be able to get rid of the bad spots.

prolly a bit far for you but i know Tire Rack in South Bend can shave tires.. when i had one go out on my awd magnum i had them shave down the new one to match the other 3 (supposedly the awd is so picky you cant have tires different diameter by a few 16ths of an inch) ..
