Are they any good or what??

Are they a full on locker like a detroit or a limited slip or do they work like a truetrac?

Cause i used to have a Auburn limited slip and loved it and my friend had a truetrac and he hated it.

They were the original manufacturer of Lock Rights.

Richmond makes them now. A good lunchbox locker, but supposedly not quite as robust as the Aussie.

It replaces the spider gears in your existing carrier. Most are for open diffs, but some are made for limited slips.

D'ooh! Brain fart!

Tractech made the EZ Locker, and the Detroit, among others.

The Detroit is full case, and the best there is, IMO.

The EZ is a lunchbox, and marginal, at best.

Sorry about the confusion- hitting too many forums at the same time...

How the hell can you not like a trutrac? Next to a locker a torsen/quaffie style
LSD is the next best thing. So much better than a clutch style unit, especially on trucks with larger tires.
