When we are going Putney trail head Cabins are full. Never stayed anywhere else.

make sure we stay on the right side of the mountain brad...i don't want to spend all day driving to get to the good stuff.ronnie and tom were just down there and they stayed on the wrong side.

They are getting some new cabins, at the Evarts trail head. Next time i go i will stay on the evarts side. Way closer to most of the good stuff. Just lock your stuff up. They say "your stuff will be safer at the new cabins" Also they let you drive your atv or rigs. down the roads in Evarts.

I have stayed at those cabins. they are nice enough. A little small but your only there to sleep. The parking with trailers is not the best but can be done. Agreed about the sticky fingers on that side but it is much closer to the main trails for sure.

You need to quit whining about the drive from the other side. It only takes 30 mins to get over there.

We have the 8 bed and 4 bed cabin reserved. Never really thought about the drive to get to the "good stuff" but now that i think about it, it is a good ride to find it from Putney. Maybe staying in Evart will be a good thing.

There is for sure a benefit staying in evart. Closer to the food and stuff by trail rig also.
