Yeah I hear ya. I'll see if my existing bungs can house the proper upstream o2 sensors and go from there. Any recommendations on tuners?

If you get o2s back on it I can do it for you. Stock motor?

No kidding. Yeah stock GMC 5.3 lm7. That would be awesome if you could.

Yea I got HP tuners and a wideband o2. I would flash a stock tune on it, hook the wideband up to get some data and make a few small changes here and there.

I'll get some o2s on order let me know when you're available and what you'd want to charge and we can make it happen

I've had the o2s and bungs for quite some time. I don't drive the diesel in the winter so come spring I'll drag the jeep to my buddy's so I can use his welder and get the bungs welded in. Unless I rewire my garage before then and use my own.

I did manage some other upgrades. Got some beadlocks for the ol girl. Got em mounted with beads in them so I'll get those on the jeep when the weather warms up. For now the garage rollers work fine.

Also got some shocks from work. Fox 2.0 piggybacks for up front and 2.0s with remote resis out back. I'll get those mounted once I sell this other TJ and get it out of my garage.

I also painted my fenders black so the jeep is all one color now.

I did drag home a new project that I'll start later on and probably post it's own thread on.

Well had a change of plans. Traded off the white TJ project as I had done everything I wanted to get it use-able for someone and it was in my way. I was getting bored and needed to find something else to consume my time. Went down to Ohio yesterday and traded for these.

Dana 60
5.38 gears - Yukon
Spartan Locker
Artec full truss setup for xj/zj/tj front
BTF high steer arms
Tie rod and drag link (I wont be using trackbar)

14 bolt rear
Matching 5.38 gears - Yukon
Welded gears
Setup for a Cherokee

38x15x15 boggers on steelies

Initial plan is to clean up the front end and install that with the existing hydro assist steering.
Rear will get a barnes4wd truss swap kit. I will run it as-is for now. Next winter when I'm better equipped I'll back half the rear and stretch the wheelbase based on how much I find is needed. At this time I'll redo factory style long arms, double triangulate the rear, and eliminate trackbar.

10 hours of grinding, several mineral baths, and 4 coats of primer/paint had me this yesterday. Steering will be pulled after install and receive the same treatment.

Still a lot to do but this is ride height with "new" shocks, coils, and control arms all in place.

I got the front end in last night and the UCA mount was off. Brought it into work today and cut it off and rewelded it in its proper location on my lunch break. If you want to have fun try loading a dana 60 fully dressed into a ford ranger pickup truck solo with no cherry picker

Waiting for my flat pitman arm to show up, need to mount hydro assist after. Other than that front is done. Started cleaning up the rear today

Making progress. Cut up a barnes truss to get things how I wanted. Rear end is almost fully welded just needs shock mounts and coil spring retainers

Rear is in just needs paint and driveshaft modified. Redoing steering on the front to get more up travel then need to fab up some assist ram mounts, bumpstops, and limit straps and she's ready to wheel

Well it's on its own feet. Driveshaft length will be less than a foot. Considering a rear stretch of 6-8" while retaining coil springs. (Like red jeep pictured)

Any other ideas?

If you don't have a gas tank in the stock location I'd say stretch it. Could be the picture but looks like the front needs to come forward too? In the wheel well it kinda looks like its sitting farther back than stock even.

Fuel cell behind back seat. I think its just the angle its fairly centered up. Kind of what I figured..
